Project & Facilities Manager – Retail Expansion (Dubai)

About the role

This position supports a leading international retail brand in its rapid expansion across the MENA region. Based in Dubai, the role is primarily project‑focused, overseeing new store openings, refurbishments, relocations and fit‑out projects, while also handling facilities management for the existing retail network.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of new store openings, fit‑outs, refurbishments and relocations across the MENA market.
• Manage relationships with contractors, consultants, landlords, mall operators and local authorities.
• Own project budgets, CAPEX planning, procurement and delivery timelines.
• Oversee facilities management, maintenance activities and operational support for the retail portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in retail project management, store development, construction or facilities management.
• Proven track record delivering retail store openings from concept to operational handover.
• Experience managing contractors, consultants, landlords, mall operators and obtaining authority approvals.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, procurement, CAPEX management and project controls.
• Exposure to facilities management and maintenance operations within retail environments.
• GCC experience highly preferred.
