Project Management – Investor Relations & Fundraising

About the role

Our client, a leading global alternative investment manager based in Abu Dhabi, is expanding its project management team within client solutions. The role supports investor relations, fundraising and new fund launches on a full‑time basis.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate RFPs, DDQs and investor due‑diligence requests, working closely with investment teams and internal stakeholders.
• Manage investor data rooms, fund documentation and marketing materials, ensuring information is accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Support new fund launches by coordinating documentation, approvals and key deliverables.
• Prepare investor presentations, pitch materials and other fundraising documentation.
• Improve processes around product information, governance and investor reporting.
• Assist in the development of CRM systems, investor databases and fundraising reporting.
• Manage multiple projects and coordinate across investment, fundraising, legal and operational teams.

Required profile

• Experience in private markets, asset management, investor relations, product management or fundraising support.
• Hands‑on experience with RFPs, DDQs, investor due‑diligence or fundraising documentation.
• Good understanding of private market fund structures and fundraising processes.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
