Project Manager (Arabic Speaking) – Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who is fluent in Arabic to lead manufacturing projects for a fast‑growing company in Dubai. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle from client inquiry to final handover, ensuring high‑quality delivery for luxury retail and F&B environments.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables and success criteria based on client briefs.
• Develop detailed project plans covering tasks, timelines, milestones and resource allocation.
• Manage client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for luxury retail accounts such as Louis Vuitton.
• Lead cross‑functional teams across design, production, procurement, operations and finance.
• Allocate and monitor project resources, budgets, materials and production capacity.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delivery disruptions.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Interior Design, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• Proven project‑management experience in fit‑out, joinery, exhibitions, events or retail production.
• Strong background in luxury retail or F&B retail environments.
• Factory‑side experience in fit‑out, joinery, exhibitions or event production is highly valued.
• Solid technical knowledge of materials, costing, production processes, fabrication, drawings and installation.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and coordinate with design, production and site teams.
• Deep understanding of budget control, scheduling, resource planning and quality management.
