Project Manager – Civil Oil & Gas Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of civil oil & gas projects in the United Arab Emirates. The role involves overseeing all phases of project execution, ensuring alignment with client specifications, quality standards and HSE requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of civil oil & gas projects, from planning to handover.
• Develop, monitor and control project schedules, budgets and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC/client specifications, quality standards and health‑safety‑environment regulations.
• Identify project risks, devise mitigation strategies and track their implementation.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives on time and within budget.

Required profile

• Minimum 20 years of experience in civil engineering project management.
• B.E. or B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• Proven experience delivering oil & gas projects, preferably with ADNOC.
• Strong knowledge of HSE standards and quality compliance.
