Project Manager – Construction

About the role

We are looking for a senior Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of large‑scale construction projects, particularly in civil and hospital infrastructure. The role demands strategic leadership, hands‑on site management and close coordination with clients, contractors and consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for the consultant team and ensure contractor delivery aligns with design intent, specifications and contract terms.
• Serve as the primary liaison among client, contractor, architects, engineers, QS and authorities, chairing progress and coordination meetings.
• Monitor construction schedules, analyse milestones, identify delays and recommend corrective actions.
• Oversee preparation and submission of progress reports, quality inspections, audits and risk mitigation plans.
• Review and approve design modifications, technical submittals and supervise site supervision consultants.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• 12–15 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in construction project management.
• Proven experience in healthcare, commercial, residential or institutional projects.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit.
• Experience using construction scheduling software and project management tools.
• Knowledge of building codes, construction methodologies and quality standards.
