Project Manager, Continuous Improvement

About the role

The Project Manager, Continuous Improvement is a core member of the Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi team, responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. This role leads projects, awareness initiatives, training and coaching to embed a sustainable improvement culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage continuous improvement projects from initiation to delivery.
• Develop and execute awareness initiatives that promote improvement methodologies.
• Design and deliver training programs and coaching sessions for staff at all levels.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
• Monitor performance metrics and report on the impact of improvement activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing continuous improvement or operational excellence projects.
• Strong ability to influence and engage stakeholders across a large healthcare organization.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
