About the role
The Project Manager, Continuous Improvement is a core member of the Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi team, responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. This role leads projects, awareness initiatives, training and coaching to embed a sustainable improvement culture.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage continuous improvement projects from initiation to delivery.
- Develop and execute awareness initiatives that promote improvement methodologies.
- Design and deliver training programs and coaching sessions for staff at all levels.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
- Monitor performance metrics and report on the impact of improvement activities.
Required profile
- Proven experience in managing continuous improvement or operational excellence projects.
- Strong ability to influence and engage stakeholders across a large healthcare organization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
