About the role
We are seeking compassionate, patient‑focused UAE nationals to provide nursing care in both inpatient and outpatient settings at a specialized rehabilitation hospital.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver safe, compassionate, patient‑centered nursing care in line with hospital policies.
- Assess health conditions and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately.
- Monitor and document vital signs, progress and clinical conditions.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists and multidisciplinary team members.
- Educate patients and families on treatment, rehabilitation goals and discharge planning.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to infection control and safety standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent qualification.
- Valid DOH license or eligibility for licensure.
- Strong communication skills with good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
