Project Manager - Ecommerce Operations

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Project Manager to lead critical ecommerce operational projects across logistics, marketplaces, payments, and new country launches. Based in Dubai, you will ensure smooth execution, rapid issue resolution, and scalable growth as the business expands.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of ecommerce operations projects, defining timelines, owners, milestones and execution plans.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including Product, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Support and external partners.
• Identify and mitigate blockers, risks and dependencies, escalating issues early and driving post‑launch stabilization.
• Support logistics and fulfillment transformation initiatives, managing partner onboarding, delivery capability improvements and SLA monitoring.
• Lead operational readiness for marketplace, partner channel and new market launches, aligning catalog, pricing, inventory and fulfillment workflows.

Required profile

• Strong communicator and collaborator with a sense of urgency and ownership.
• Proven experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, cross‑cultural environment.

Required skills

• Basecamp (or similar project management tool) experience.
