About the role
BK Gulf LLC is looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting Systems to join its team. The role covers the full execution of such projects, ensuring they meet client needs, budgets and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and in compliance with local authority regulations and international standards.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety and resource utilization.
- Lead project planning, scheduling, cost control and reporting.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, attested by UAE/MOFA.
- Proven experience managing Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting projects in the UAE/GCC.
- Strong knowledge of NFPA standards, local authority approvals and project execution requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
