Project Manager - Forex/CFD Brokerage Technology

About the role

The company is looking for an experienced Brokerage Technology & Solutions Manager with strong end-to-end knowledge of the Forex/CFD brokerage ecosystem. The role combines brokerage technology, operations, product thinking and solution architecture, turning commercial and operational requirements into reliable technology solutions across trading platforms, CRM/back office, liquidity, payments, KYC, IB systems, risk tools and third-party integrations. It is not a pure MT5 Administrator or Dealer position.

Key responsibilities

• Own brokerage requirements from business discussion through solution design, implementation, testing, deployment and post-launch monitoring.
• Bridge management, operations, dealing/risk, compliance, finance, technology teams and external vendors.
• Manage MT5 configuration (servers, trading groups, symbols, contracts, account types, permissions, spreads, commissions, leverage, margin, stop-outs, sessions and holidays).
• Work with liquidity providers, prime brokers, aggregators, MT5 gateways, bridges and FIX API connectivity, and coordinate troubleshooting with vendors.
• Understand A-Book, B-Book and hybrid models, dealer operations, exposure management and hedging.
• Own the client lifecycle in CRM and back office, from lead to account closure, and turn broker needs into functional specifications.
• Analyse requests such as new account types, country launches, multi-tier IB structures, crypto deposits, social trading and risk controls.
• Understand fiat and crypto payment flows and KYC/KYB and AML workflows, working with providers such as Sumsub and Jumio.
• Design and support IB, affiliate and partner structures, including CPA, CPL, revenue share and rebate models.
• Coordinate integrations for copy trading, PAMM, MAM, analytics, VPS, fraud/risk tools and retention tools.
• Adapt solutions for GCC/MENA, Africa, South Asia, Southeast Asia, LATAM and Europe, coordinating with legal and compliance teams.
• Own or coordinate UAT, release coordination, post-launch monitoring and incident management.
• Define and monitor brokerage KPIs and build management reporting.
• Manage relationships with MetaTrader providers, CRM vendors, LPs, PSPs, KYC vendors and others.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Forex/CFD brokerage, brokerage technology, fintech or trading operations.
• Preferred backgrounds: broker, brokerage technology provider, product/operations, trading technology, CRM/back-office provider, liquidity/bridge provider or MT5 administration.
• Broad brokerage-system knowledge rather than expertise in only one platform.

Required skills

• Strong hands-on knowledge of MetaTrader 5 and brokerage trading infrastructure.
• Practical understanding of CRM, client cabinet and back office operations.
• Experience with liquidity providers, bridges/gateways, payment systems, KYC vendors, IB systems and FIX/API integrations.
• Ability to prepare business requirements, coordinate UAT and support production releases.
