Project Manager - High Rise Buildings

About the role

The client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead high‑rise building construction projects in Dubai. You will be responsible for overseeing projects from execution through to final handover, ensuring they meet timelines, quality standards and budget constraints.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee high‑rise building construction projects from execution through completion and final handover.
• Supervise project teams, site engineers, subcontractors and consultants to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor construction progress, schedules, quality standards and site safety compliance.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and relevant authorities for inspections, approvals and handover.
• Ensure activities comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, budgets and contractual requirements.
• Identify and resolve technical and operational challenges to keep projects on track.
• Lead final inspections, outstanding works and handover procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager with a construction or contracting company.
• Proven experience managing high‑rise building projects, preferably towers of G+12 floors and above.
• Mandatory experience in project completion, final inspections and high‑rise building handover.
• Dubai Municipality (DM) approval is required; G+Unlimited DM‑approved certification is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction project execution, planning, quality control and site coordination.
• Demonstrated ability to manage site engineers, subcontractors, consultants and project teams.
