Project Manager - High Rise Residential Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high‑rise residential developments in Dubai. The role involves overseeing all project phases, from feasibility studies to handover, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and PMC.
• Create detailed project plans covering timelines, budgets, resource allocation and risk management.
• Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments and due diligence to confirm project viability.
• Oversee construction phases, monitor progress, quality and safety compliance through regular site visits.
• Develop and manage project budgets, control costs and approve invoices for vendors and contractors.
• Implement cost‑saving measures while maintaining project quality and integrity.
• Track progress using appropriate tools, ensure milestones are met and generate status, financial and performance reports.
• Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, decisions and changes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of UAE experience managing large‑scale residential high‑rise projects.
• Proven track record of delivering projects from inception to completion.
• Familiarity with Dubai Land Department inspection and approval processes, especially off‑plan projects.
