Project Manager – High‑rise Construction

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead major high‑rise commercial and residential tower projects across the UAE and GCC. You will own end‑to‑end execution, from structural and façade packages through high‑rise MEP, interior fit‑out, commercial control and final handover.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee high‑rise site operations, vertical logistics, façade systems and MEP integration while maintaining HSE, quality, schedule and budget standards.
• Control project budgets, P&L, variations, sub‑contracts and claims under FIDIC and local GCC contract conditions.
• Lead liaison with local authorities (Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence, DEWA, ADM) to secure permits and statutory approvals.
• Direct consultants, contractors and site teams, ensuring clear reporting and effective risk management.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in building construction, with leadership on major high‑rise towers in the UAE or GCC.
• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or Construction Management; PMP, MCIOB or MRICS preferred.
• Strong negotiation and leadership abilities, fluency in English and familiarity with GCC authority processes.
