Project Manager – Roads & Infrastructure

About the role

SEE Engineering is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead infrastructure projects in Sharjah, covering roads, utilities and drainage. Reporting to the Project Director – Infrastructure, you will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget and to the required quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day delivery of road and infrastructure projects from mobilisation through handover.
• Prepare and obtain approval for execution plans, schedules, budgets and resource plans.
• Coordinate project teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure scope, schedule and specifications are met.
• Monitor progress, costs and productivity, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Manage authority coordination, permits, NOCs and inspections with Sharjah and UAE authorities.
• Administer contracts, variations and claims, and support progress meetings, RFIs and submittals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred) with 10‑15 years of construction experience, including at least 5 years in infrastructure project management.
• Proven experience in roads, utilities, drainage or earthworks projects.
• PMP or equivalent certification and familiarity with FIDIC contracts.
• Strong leadership, decision‑making and communication abilities.
