Project Manager - Infrastructure Design

About the role

KEO, an architecture and project management consultancy, is looking for a Project Manager based in Dubai, UAE (the Abu Dhabi location can also be considered). The role focuses on overseeing infrastructure design projects so that they meet scope, timeline and budget requirements, and involves managing several projects at once.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of infrastructure design projects.
• Prepare, plan and control financial budgets and team resources to achieve commercial and project outcomes.
• Plan, prepare and manage complex programmes and project contracts, and ensure project standards and administration are applied.
• Ensure contractual terms are followed, manage scope changes and their impact on delivery.
• Prepare monthly project reports and contribute to the consolidated division report.
• Lead a team of professionals, drive performance and help achieve team goals.
• Analyse work processes and identify improvements in efficiency, cost-effectiveness and service.
• Take part in business development, including tender and proposal preparation and presentations.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks.
• Build strong working relationships with staff, management, subcontractors and clients.

Required profile

• At least 10 years of experience in a consultancy environment, of which at least 4 years on projects within the GCC.
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
• Most of the career has been in consultancy, handling major-scale infrastructure projects in the design phase; construction management or resident engineer experience is not a match because the role has no construction elements.
• Experience delivering consultancy works used by government bodies and national-level clients.
