Project Manager – Infrastructure

About the role

Al Marwan Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large‑scale roads and infrastructure projects across the UAE, including highways, bridges, tunnels and utility networks.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and delivery of major infrastructure projects, ensuring safety, quality and budget compliance.
• Develop and monitor schedules, resource plans and performance targets, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Oversee commercial performance, budgeting, cost control, forecasting and procurement.
• Administer FIDIC contracts, manage risks, claims, variations and contractual obligations.
• Act as primary liaison with clients, consultants, developers and UAE government authorities to secure approvals and handovers.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, quality standards and UAE legal requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; PMP certification preferred.
• 15–20 years of heavy civil engineering experience, with 7–10 years recent UAE experience.
• Proven track record as Lead Project Manager on highways, bridges, tunnels, earthworks and utility networks.
• Professional membership (ICE, ASCE, PMI) advantageous.
