Project Manager – Infrastructure (Roads & Utilities)

About the role

Al Marwan Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large‑scale roads and infrastructure projects across the UAE. The role oversees the full project lifecycle, ensuring safety, quality, and on‑time delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and delivery of highways, bridges, tunnels, interchanges, earthworks and utility networks.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams, monitor schedules, resources and performance, and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, cost control, procurement and profitability.
• Administer FIDIC contracts, manage risks, claims, variations and contractual obligations.
• Coordinate approvals, permits and handovers with UAE authorities and act as primary liaison with clients and consultants.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• PMP certification or equivalent is highly preferred.
• 15–20 years of heavy civil engineering experience, with at least 7–10 years recent UAE experience.
• Proven track record as Lead Project Manager on complex infrastructure projects.
