Project Manager – Luxury Development (Client Representative)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to act as the client’s representative on premium luxury real‑estate developments in the UAE. The role involves safeguarding the client’s interests throughout the full project lifecycle, from design coordination to construction delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead coordination between consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders as the primary client representative.
• Oversee construction execution, ensuring compliance with quality, safety and luxury‑standard requirements.
• Review and approve engineering submissions, shop drawings and material submittals.
• Monitor project progress, risks and timelines to guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Manage variations, claims and contractual matters in line with project objectives.
• Conduct regular site inspections and enforce quality benchmarks aligned with high‑end standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
• 12–18 years of experience in construction or real‑estate, with a strong background in luxury villas, premium residential towers, luxury hotels or upscale mixed‑use projects.
• Deep understanding of contracts, variations, claims and commercial controls.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Mandatory UAE experience.

Required skills

• PMP certification (preferred).
• Strong contractual knowledge, preferably with FIDIC exposure.
• Expertise in reviewing contractor engineering submissions.
• Ability to conduct detailed site inspections and enforce quality assurance.
