Project Manager – Luxury Villa Developments

About the role

Nova International General Contracting is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of high‑end residential villa projects across the UAE. You will be responsible for overseeing every phase from inception to handover, ensuring the highest standards of quality, schedule, and budget are met.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor and close multiple luxury villa projects simultaneously.
• Develop and implement project execution strategies, construction methodologies and recovery plans.
• Oversee site construction activities, coordinating with consultants, architects, designers, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor project budgets, forecasts, cash flow and financial performance; review variations and claims.
• Ensure luxury finishing standards, quality control processes and final handover procedures.
• Promote a strong HSE culture and ensure compliance with UAE regulations and company policies.
• Lead and mentor project engineers, site managers, quantity surveyors and other support staff.

Required profile

• Extensive experience managing luxury villa construction projects from inception through handover.
• Proven ability to maintain quality, schedule and cost objectives on high‑value developments.
• Strong client and stakeholder relationship management skills.
