Project Manager – Middle East

About the role

The Project Manager will be the primary point of contact for all project‑related activities, ensuring successful execution of projects for clients in the Middle East. This role represents the company to the client, resolves implementation issues, and guarantees alignment with contractual, technical, and procedural requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive project plans, schedules, and documentation such as RAMS, ITP, FAT and SAT procedures, and close‑out reports.
• Manage end‑to‑end project execution, overseeing engineering design, procurement, manufacturing, and field activities while monitoring time, cost, scope, and quality.
• Coordinate with sales back‑office for order processing, confirmations, and invoicing.
• Maintain strong client communication, support payment issue resolution, and ensure cultural awareness.
• Serve as the primary interface for the customer, handling communications, project reviews, audits, and system validation.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including Manufacturing, Logistics, IT, Installation, Commissioning, and Services, as well as partners, suppliers, and subcontractors operating in the Middle East.
• Assist sales negotiations for variation orders and scope changes, and support after‑sales field rework or replacement activities.
• Provide regular project status reporting, financial forecasting, and ensure compliance with contractual and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably within an industrial environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, budgets, and stakeholder relationships.
