About the role
Lead end‑to‑end execution of offshore oil & gas EPC/EPCIC projects, overseeing all phases from award through handover while ensuring profitability, contractual compliance and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement project execution strategy, management plans and governance framework.
- Manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk and resources to meet project objectives.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, marine operations, quality and HSE.
- Monitor performance through KPIs, dashboards and milestone plans, driving timely decisions to mitigate delays.
- Handle change management, variation orders, claims and contractual obligations.
- Oversee offshore installation, hook‑up, commissioning, startup and project closeout activities.
