Project Manager – Oil & Gas/EPC

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead complex Oil & Gas and EPC projects. The role is senior level and focuses on delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget while ensuring the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project execution, including planning, scheduling, and delivery.
• Manage project budgets, cost control, and financial forecasting.
• Develop and maintain detailed schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Ensure compliance with QHSE regulations and all relevant industry standards.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, contractors, and internal multidisciplinary teams.
• Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Mentor and guide project team members to achieve performance targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Instrumentation Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas or refinery projects.
• At least 5 years in a Project Manager position with full EPC lifecycle exposure.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
