Project Manager - QuantumTech & UltraTech Projects

About the role

Deep Knowledge Group is seeking a proactive, results-driven Project Manager for QuantumTech and UltraTech projects. The role coordinates the development, execution and delivery of strategic technology, analytics and commercial initiatives. QuantumTech provides quantum technology analytics, benchmarking and forecasting for investors, corporations and governments; UltraTech focuses on next-generation technologies and AI-driven smart matching between companies, investors, scientists, engineers and collaborators. The position combines project management, strategic coordination, operational execution and cross-functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate QuantumTech and UltraTech projects from planning through execution and delivery.
• Develop and maintain project action plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables and performance indicators.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities involving Product Development, Business Development, MarTech, Analytics, Research, IT and other departments.
• Translate strategic objectives and management instructions into clear tasks, responsibilities and execution plans.
• Monitor progress, identify delays and dependencies, and resolve operational blockers proactively.
• Ensure deliverables meet agreed timelines, priorities and quality standards.
• Support the development and launch of technology platforms, analytical products, dashboards and commercial initiatives.
• Coordinate proposals, presentations, research and project materials for business development and partnership activities.
• Organize documentation, task trackers and management reporting, and run coordination meetings with follow-ups.
• Identify improvements to workflows, resource allocation and efficiency, and use project-management, CRM and AI tools to structure workflows.
• Provide regular progress reports and communicate regularly with senior management, internal teams and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in project management, program coordination, operations, product development, consulting or technology-driven business environments.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects, stakeholders and workstreams simultaneously.
• Ability to turn complex or ambiguous objectives into structured action plans and to coordinate cross-functional teams without constant supervision.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and excellent English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment with evolving priorities.

Required skills

• Experience with project-management systems, task trackers, reporting tools and collaborative platforms.
• Practical experience using AI tools for research, analysis, project coordination and productivity.
• Advantages: experience in QuantumTech, DeepTech, AI or knowledge-intensive industries; managing technology platforms, SaaS products, analytics solutions or market intelligence projects; understanding of B2B business development, enterprise solutions and commercial product launches; experience with investors, corporations, governments and research institutions; experience coordinating international teams across time zones; familiarity with GCC/UAE, European, UK, US or Asian markets; experience launching new projects, products or commercial initiatives.
