About the role
Parsons is seeking an experienced Stakeholder Manager (Buildings) to serve as the primary liaison with authorities and stakeholders in Abu Dhabi. You will coordinate handovers, permit issuances, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with authority representatives to facilitate handover, permitting, and NOC issuance.
- Maintain documentation and asset records in line with stakeholder and employer requirements.
- Interact regularly with program management, design/engineering, purchasing, construction, and other functional groups.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of authorities' procedures and practices.
- Excellent communication, analytical, problem‑solving, and risk‑assessment skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
