Project Manager – Scaffolding & Events

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead scaffolding and event projects from planning through completion, ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and execute scaffolding and event projects end‑to‑end.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, event organizers and internal teams.
• Oversee schedules, manpower, materials, equipment and logistics.
• Supervise scaffolding installation, dismantling and site operations in line with designs and safety standards.
• Manage budgets, costs, resources and deadlines while ensuring compliance with health, safety and quality requirements.
• Identify risks, resolve operational challenges and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct site visits, progress meetings and prepare project reports for timely handover.

Required profile

• Minimum 4+ years of proven project management experience in scaffolding and events.
• Strong knowledge of scaffolding operations, site coordination and event setups.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, teams and deadlines effectively.
• Good understanding of budgeting, logistics and safety procedures.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with project management tools.
