Project Sales Manager – Sports Infrastructure

About the role

A sports infrastructure and construction solutions company is looking for a Project Sales Manager in Dubai. The client wants a dynamic, results-oriented professional with proven experience in project sales within fit-outs, interior design, construction materials or related industries, who can generate business and close project-based sales.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities for sports and leisure infrastructure projects
• Build relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, PMCs, developers and end users
• Pursue projects in real estate, hospitality, education and government sectors
• Engage decision-makers from concept and specification through project award
• Promote products, services and turnkey solutions to consultants and stakeholders
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals with internal teams
• Deliver presentations, product demonstrations and project consultations
• Monitor market trends, competitors and upcoming projects
• Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline reports and CRM records
• Coordinate with project execution teams for handover and client satisfaction

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related field
• 5-8 years of project sales experience in fit-outs, interior design, landscaping, construction materials or similar
• Network of contacts with contractors, consultants, architects, developers and PMCs
• Understanding of project sales cycles and specification-driven sales
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills
• Preferred: experience selling sports flooring, playground equipment, artificial turf, landscaping solutions, outdoor recreational products or construction systems; familiarity with tendering and project specifications; existing relationships with major developers, hotel groups, schools, universities and consultants; prior UAE experience with a valid driving licence
