About the role
Join Amazon Now Operations in Dubai to support the launch and ongoing operation of 1P Stores across the MENA region. The Project Support Specialist combines operational excellence with project coordination to ensure store openings run smoothly and business models are executed effectively.
Key responsibilities
- Execute and monitor store launch programs through systematic site visits.
- Maintain and update comprehensive project checklists and track project completion.
- Identify, document and escalate potential risks and concerns.
- Drive process improvements and implement best practices for new business models.
Required profile
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience in inventory management or retail operations (preferred).
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
