Property Advisor – Off‑Plan & Secondary Sales

About the role

Kingdom by MAG is expanding its Off‑Plan & Secondary Sales team and seeks ambitious Property Advisors to join a fast‑growing real‑estate business in Dubai. You will work with both local and international clients, advising them on premium off‑plan and ready‑to‑move properties while delivering end‑to‑end sales support.

Key responsibilities

• Advise local and international clients on off‑plan and secondary‑market opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, end‑users, landlords and property owners.
• Generate and develop your own client pipeline through networking, referrals, prospecting and existing relationships.
• Present projects, payment plans, expected returns and market opportunities.
• Conduct property viewings, meetings and presentations, negotiate effectively and manage the sales process through to closing.
• Stay up to date with Dubai communities, new launches, developers, pricing and market trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of Dubai/UAE real‑estate experience, preferably in off‑plan or secondary sales.
• Proven ability to generate leads, build a client network and achieve sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real‑estate market and communities.
• Professional, ambitious and results‑driven attitude.
• Additional languages (e.g., Russian, French, Arabic, German, Spanish, Italian, Urdu) are a strong advantage.
