Property Advisor – Secondary Market

About the role

Tanami Properties, a leading Dubai‑based brokerage, is seeking a motivated Property Advisor for the secondary market. You will connect clients with ready‑to‑move properties, guide investors through purchase decisions, and help grow the company’s sales in a fast‑moving market.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell ready properties directly to investors and end‑users.
• Develop and maintain relationships with investors, developers’ sales teams, and clients.
• Advise clients on project details, payment plans, ROI, and market trends.
• Conduct property presentations, attend launches and represent the company at real‑estate events.
• Generate and manage leads through marketing campaigns, referrals and networking.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven secondary‑market sales experience in Dubai, preferably luxury segment.
• Self‑generated business capability and strong investment mindset.
• Professional, ambitious and performance‑driven attitude.
• Fluent English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, German, Spanish, Italian, Urdu or French are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms.
• Experience using Geniemap, Property Monitor, Property Finder, Bayut and Dubizzle.
