Property Consultant – Exclusive International Projects

About the role

D&B Properties is seeking motivated Property Consultants to join its Exclusive Projects division, handling premium residential and commercial listings across Dubai and international markets such as Syria, Morocco, Bali, and the Maldives.

Key responsibilities

• Market residential and commercial properties through portals, social media and networking channels, conduct viewings and guide clients through the sales process.
• Provide client advisory, understand requirements and recommend suitable properties from inquiry to completion.
• Assist in leasing transactions, negotiate rental terms and manage end‑to‑end leasing processes.
• Maintain compliance with RERA regulations, prepare contracts and transactional documentation.
• Generate leads by attending industry events, launches and networking opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of real‑estate experience in Dubai.
• Currently based in Dubai with the right to work.
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Self‑motivated, professional and target‑driven mindset.
