About the role
The Property Consultant will drive sales and leasing activities for residential properties in Dubai, building strong client relationships while staying abreast of market trends. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and support strategic planning.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day sales and leasing operations.
- Achieve assigned sales and leasing targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on UAE property trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth property operations.
- Support strategic planning, pricing, and product positioning.
Required profile
- 2–4 years of experience in real estate sales or leasing.
- Strong communication, negotiation and customer‑service abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Knowledge of the UAE real‑estate market.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Fluent English; Arabic is a plus; additional languages are a benefit.
