About the role

Enclave Dubai is a Dubai-based real estate brokerage specialising in residential and commercial properties across the off-plan and secondary markets. It provides its agents with sales, marketing and lead-generation support. The company is looking for a results-driven Senior Secondary Market Specialist with extensive UAE real estate experience, strong knowledge of Dubai's ready-property market and a proven track record of closing transactions, converting leads and building lasting client relationships.

Required profile

• Proven experience in UAE real estate sales, with a strong track record in the secondary market
• In-depth knowledge of Dubai communities, ready properties, pricing and current market trends
• Demonstrated success in closing resale transactions and converting leads into clients
• Ability to manage the sales process independently, from lead qualification to closing
• Commercially focused, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Valid UAE driving licence

Required skills

• Strong negotiation, communication and client relationship management skills
• Independent handling of the sales process from lead qualification to closing
