Property Consultant

About the role

Inspire Properties, a real estate company in Dubai covering development consultancy, bulk investment portfolios and individual unit advisory, is hiring a full-time, on-site Property Consultant. The consultant advises clients on real estate opportunities across development, bulk investment and individual unit segments, and manages the sales cycle from first inquiry to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements and budget, and present suitable property options
• Conduct property viewings and guide clients in making informed decisions
• Manage the sales cycle, including negotiation, documentation support and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, trends and regulations
• Update CRM systems, prepare sales reports and contribute to a positive client experience through responsive communication

Required profile

• Strong consulting and advisory skills, with proven customer service and sales abilities (lead generation, pipeline management, closing)
• Solid understanding of real estate concepts, Dubai property market dynamics and local regulations
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple client engagements and keep accurate records
• Relevant academic background in business, real estate, finance or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Fluency in English; additional languages commonly used in Dubai are beneficial

Required skills

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Proficiency with basic office software and CRM tools
• Familiarity with property listing platforms is an advantage
