Sales Director - Real Estate

About the role

Unique Properties is looking for an ambitious, results-driven Sales Director to lead and scale its real estate sales division in Dubai. The role suits an experienced real estate professional who has driven revenue, built high-performing teams and delivered strong results in a competitive property market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of Property Consultants and Sales Managers.
• Drive sales performance, revenue growth and team profitability.
• Develop and run sales strategies across off-plan and secondary markets.
• Recruit, onboard and retain top-performing real estate professionals.
• Set and monitor individual and team KPIs, sales targets and conversion rates.
• Build relationships with developers, investors and high-net-worth clients.
• Hold regular sales meetings, performance reviews and coaching sessions.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Dubai's real estate market, including significant sales leadership experience.
• Proven track record of managing and scaling real estate sales teams and achieving strong sales revenue and transaction volumes.
• Strong network with developers, investors and brokers.
• In-depth knowledge of off-plan projects, secondary sales and market trends.
