About the role

Prime Luxury Properties LLC is seeking a motivated Property Consultant to join its fast‑growing team in Dubai. You will work with high‑net‑worth clients, helping them buy, sell, or rent premium residential and commercial properties in one of the world’s most dynamic markets.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients throughout the buying, selling, and renting process.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on property values and trends.
• Generate leads via networking, referrals, and online marketing.
• Present and showcase properties, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Prepare offers, negotiate terms, and guide clients through legal and financial procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of listings, contracts, and client interactions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to foster long‑term relationships and referrals.
• Participate in training, workshops, and networking events.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Agent (off‑plan or secondary market).
• Active real‑estate licence or willingness to obtain one.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliable transportation for property showings.
