Property Consultant – Real Estate Sales (Dubai)

About the role

Tanami Properties, a leading Dubai‑based brokerage, is seeking a motivated Property and Investment Consultant to join its high‑performing team. You will work with European investors and end‑users, guiding them through off‑plan and secondary property purchases and helping them maximise returns in Dubai’s dynamic market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with investors, end‑users, and developer sales teams.
• Provide detailed advice on project specifications, payment plans, ROI, and market trends.
• Conduct property presentations, attend project launches, and represent the company at real‑estate events.
• Generate and manage leads through marketing campaigns, referrals, and networking.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in Dubai’s luxury property market (preferred).
• Self‑starter with a strong ability to generate business independently.
• Strong investment mindset and solid understanding of market dynamics.
• Professional, ambitious, and performance‑driven attitude.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
