Property Consultant - Residential Broker, Sharjah

About the role

Savills is expanding its residential team in Sharjah and is hiring brokers for a commission-only position. Brokers benefit from global marketing exposure, lead generation and access to a wide network and resources. The role suits people with 2+ years of real estate experience in Sharjah and the wider UAE market.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual monthly targets set by management
• Qualify leads and manage data using the company CRM
• Complete documentation for selling and leasing property, including sales agreements and advertising materials
• Keep up to date with market trends, laws and local and national property information
• Network, attend real estate exhibitions and identify business opportunities
• Abide by Real Estate Department standards and present to potential clients, conducting viewings
• Build relationships with new and existing clients and propose creative marketing initiatives
• Maintain company databases and property portals, upload client information and viewing details, and understand local processes such as sale agreement addendums, MOUs and POAs

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the UAE real estate market
• Own car and a UAE driver's licence
• Bilingual (English and Arabic) is an advantage
