About the role

WoW Real Estate is hiring a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales Agent in Sharjah. The role centres on selling company properties, including plots, villas and commercial and residential buildings, while building client relationships and meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Sell company properties, including plots, villas and buildings (commercial and residential)
• Identify and pursue potential leads, establish client relationships and conduct property viewings
• Provide accurate, up-to-date information about properties to clients
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote properties effectively
• Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitors' activities

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of UAE real estate sales experience
• Valid UAE driving licence
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive results
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred qualifications

• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in real estate databases and online listing platforms
• Knowledge of marketing strategies in real estate
• Familiarity with CRM software and financial calculations related to real estate transactions
• Understanding of UAE real estate legal and regulatory requirements
• Knowledge of the Sharjah, Ajman and Umm Al Quwain real estate markets
