Property Consultant – Sharjah

About the role

Savills Middle East is expanding its residential team in Sharjah and seeks motivated Property Consultants to join a leading brand in prime real estate. This commission‑only position offers a competitive structure and the chance to work with a global network of resources.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual monthly sales and leasing targets set by management.
• Qualify leads, manage data, and maintain records using the company CRM.
• Prepare and execute sales agreements, advertising materials, and related documentation.
• Stay updated on market trends, legislation, and best practices.
• Network actively, attend exhibitions, and identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues, conduct property viewings, and present listings.
• Upload and manage property and client information on company databases and portals.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the UAE real‑estate market.
• UAE driver’s licence with own car.
• Strong negotiation, selling, and communication skills.
• Team player willing to work flexibly to serve clients.
• Bilingual English/Arabic is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for lead and data management.
