Property Management Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a Property Management Administrator to provide prompt, professional support to tenants and property owners in Dubai. The role involves handling queries, coordinating services, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day property operations.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to tenant and owner enquiries on maintenance, parking, contracts, cheques and other services.
• Follow up on Ejari issuance, DEWA and chiller connections.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers on behalf of the Property Manager.
• Generate Rental Index results and draft renewal notices, completing renewals within stipulated timeframes.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing lease agreements and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of property details, tenant information, leases and renewals across all trackers.
• Enter new properties into the CRM and reconcile data with contracts, master sheets and payment records.
• Receive, record and track maintenance requests, ensuring timely follow‑up.
• Prepare checklists for inspections, move‑ins and move‑outs to meet company standards.
• Produce weekly portfolio reports and support the Property Manager with additional administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Administrative experience, preferably in property management or real estate.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience handling tenant enquiries and property documentation.
