Property Valuer

About the role

White Cubes Valuation Advisory is looking for a Property Valuer to join its advisory team in Dubai. The full-time position covers assessment of commercial and residential real estate assets, analysis of property market trends and delivery of comprehensive, regulatory-compliant valuation reports.

Key responsibilities

• Assess commercial and residential real estate assets and analyse market trends to establish fair market values.
• Manage property inspections and evaluate comparable sales data and market metrics.
• Ensure strict adherence to Dubai Land Department guidelines and deliver detailed, professional valuation reports.
• Maintain accurate documentation for all assessed properties and build professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on property valuation experience in the UAE real estate sector.
• Strong knowledge of DLD, RERA and Dubai valuation standards.

Required skills

• UAE valuation methodologies and DLD compliance rules.
• RERA mandates and market research techniques.
• Technical report drafting.
