Property Manager – Premium Commercial Office Tower

About the role

The Property Manager will oversee day‑to‑day operations of a premium commercial office tower, ensuring a safe, well‑maintained environment and high‑quality tenant experience for VIP and high‑profile occupiers.

Key responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for tenants, manage relationships, handle complaints, service requests and coordinate VIP requirements.
• Oversee building operations, including facilities management, cleaning, landscaping, waste management and parking.
• Maintain premium standards in common areas through regular inspections and defect resolution.
• Coordinate tenant events, activations and building initiatives with minimal disruption.
• Manage security, emergency preparedness, health & safety compliance and vendor performance.
• Support budgeting, monitor operating expenditures, review invoices and identify cost‑optimization opportunities.
• Prepare performance reports, maintain property records and ensure timely action closure.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience, including 3–5 years in a senior property management or operational leadership role.
• Proven experience managing Grade A commercial office buildings or premium assets.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
