Public Relations Manager

About the role

The Public Relations Manager will lead proactive PR strategies for FIVE Hotels and Resorts, supporting new hotel openings and enhancing brand reputation across multiple global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement PR campaigns for new hotel launches, securing extensive media coverage.
• Build and maintain relationships with local, regional and international media, journalists and influencers, especially in the Middle East.
• Draft press releases, articles, interview briefs and other communications that reflect FIVE’s brand voice.
• Coordinate media visits, handle queries, arrange interviews and manage speaker engagements.
• Organise press events, media inspections, photoshoots and support on‑site media activities.
• Monitor industry trends, anticipate crises and prepare pre‑emptive solutions.
• Track and analyse PR metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with cross‑functional teams across Dubai, Ibiza, Zurich and New York.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of PR experience, preferably with agency and hotel pre‑opening exposure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong media network in the Middle East and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, solution‑oriented with a passion for hospitality, dining and nightlife.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
