Public Relations Officer – Abu Dhabi

About the role
We are seeking a proactive Public Relations Officer to manage all government‑related documentation and visa processes for our industrial manufacturing business in Abu Dhabi. The role ensures compliance with local regulations and supports smooth operations across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Process and renew applications through Abu Dhabi government portals (TAMM, ICP, MOHRE).
- Oversee the full cycle of staff visas, work permits, and company licence renewals.
- Liaise with government officials to coordinate inspections and submit required paperwork.
- Maintain up‑to‑date employee files and visa trackers, generating regular status and cost reports.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the UAE, preferably in Abu Dhabi.
- Demonstrated experience using Abu Dhabi government online portals.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
Required skills
- Proficiency with TAMM portal.
- Proficiency with ICP portal.
- Proficiency with MOHRE portal.
