About the role
The Equity Structured Sales MENA desk in Dubai is seeking an Associate to focus on MENA institutional clients, delivering structured solutions across global equities, commodities and fixed income.
Key responsibilities
- Support senior sales staff in building relationships and providing structured solutions.
- Liaise with trading, structuring, origination and research teams for pre‑trade and post‑trade execution.
- Manage database and client administration tasks.
Required profile
- 2‑5 years of experience in financial services with a strong interest in global markets and derivatives.
- Quantitative mindset, client‑service orientation and high attention to detail.
- Resourceful and creative in identifying commercial opportunities.
Required skills
- Strong understanding of structured products and equity flow derivatives.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and preparing presentation materials/pitch books.
