About the role
National Finance is looking for a motivated Purchasing Officer to join its Abu Dhabi team. The role focuses on managing procurement activities, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods while supporting the overall purchasing function.
Key responsibilities
- Negotiate competitive pricing and favorable terms with suppliers.
- Prepare, issue, and accurately track purchase orders.
- Monitor quotations, pricing updates, and supplier offers.
- Follow up on orders to guarantee on‑time delivery.
- Maintain organized procurement records and documentation.
Required profile
- Experience in purchasing, sales, or a related field (minimum 2 years).
- Preferred background in international trade.
- Strong communication and client‑handling abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, responsible, and available to start immediately.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
