About the role

Transbay Logistics LLC is seeking an experienced Customs Clearance Clerk to join its team at JAFZA, Dubai. The role involves handling all customs paperwork, coordinating cargo movements and supporting land freight operations to ensure smooth and compliant shipments.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process customs documentation, including passing Bills of Entry.
• Handle customs clearance procedures using Dubai Trade and other relevant platforms.
• Coordinate with transport teams to ensure timely cargo movement and deliveries.
• Manage land freight operations and monitor shipment status.
• Maintain accurate and complete shipment records while ensuring compliance with customs regulations.

Required profile

• Previous UAE experience in customs clearance (essential).
• Hands‑on experience in passing Bills of Entry.
• Good working knowledge of Dubai Trade.
• Experience in land freight operations and transport coordination.
• Strong knowledge of customs clearance documentation, shipment tracking, freight coordination and logistics operations.
