Purchasing Specialist – Russian Language

About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Purchasing Specialist who is fluent in Russian to support our premium bathroom product line. You will work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure seamless procurement and uninterrupted product deliveries.
Key responsibilities
- Calculate and place orders with suppliers.
- Communicate with suppliers regarding orders, shipments, prices, and specifications.
- Conduct reconciliations and monitor inventory levels in company warehouses.
- Ensure continuous product deliveries and report on work activities.
- Hold meetings with related departments to address shortages or overstock situations.
Required profile
- Higher education degree in Economics or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of procurement experience in a large trading company.
- Fluent in English and Russian.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Experience with business process management software.
