PWHT Operator – Post Weld Heat Treatment Specialist

About the role

T-ALL Inspection Group is looking for experienced PWHT Operators to support oil & gas pipeline projects in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for executing post‑weld heat‑treatment activities in line with approved procedures and engineering specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Operate PWHT equipment, including electrical resistance heating systems and temperature recorders.
• Control heating, soaking, and cooling cycles according to engineering requirements.
• Install thermocouples and monitor temperature distribution throughout the heat‑treatment process.
• Record and maintain accurate temperature charts and logs.
• Coordinate with welding and quality‑control teams at hold and witness points.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of PWHT experience on oil & gas or petrochemical projects.
• Familiarity with ASME or ADNOC project environments is highly preferred.
• Basic understanding of Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and heat‑treatment requirements.
• Ability to read technical instructions and reports in English.
