QA & Training Lead – Building Systems Data

About the role

Robotic Imaging’s Dubai office is looking for a QA & Training Lead to drive quality and technical competence across its Data Extraction & Operations team of about 50 technicians. This role focuses on building‑systems expertise, training, and distributed quality assurance rather than simple queue management.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and expand authoritative reference material for HVAC, electrical, gas, water & plumbing, fire protection, refrigeration, and roof systems.
• Achieve fluency in both Firebase and Supabase platforms and train technicians to navigate them seamlessly.
• Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing modular training programs for day and night shift staff, including competency checks and weekly micro‑trainings.
• Assess and certify technicians for self‑QA and peer‑QA, establishing a distributed quality model.
• Own data‑tech checklists, SOPs, and accuracy standards for reporting, VR tagging, site surveys, and AI asset‑extraction reviews.
• Track first‑pass QA rates, rework rates, and error types; turn recurring errors into targeted training.
• Maintain a living error catalog and integrate fixes into the curriculum.

Required profile

• Strong working knowledge of commercial building systems (MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, refrigeration).
• Proven experience in QA, quality management, or technical training, with a track record of raising team standards.
• Comfort with digital survey and QA tools, and the ability to quickly learn client‑specific tagging standards.
• Exceptional attention to detail, capable of spotting misidentified assets, calculation errors, naming inconsistencies, and typos.
